k8s-event-digest — rank Kubernetes events instead of scrolling them

kubectl get events -A is the worst good data source in Kubernetes: everything that matters is in there, sorted by nothing useful and drowned by the same FailedMount repeating four hundred times. k8s-event-digest collapses events into ranked groups by reason and controller root, splits chronic background noise from the burst that started twenty minutes ago, and exits non-zero when something new appears.
