helm-values-differ: diff the rendered manifests, not the values.yaml

A Helm values change looks trivial in values.yaml but can cascade—or do nothing—in the rendered manifest. helm-values-differ renders the chart twice and diffs the actual Kubernetes objects, object by object and field by field.
