aws-route-table-audit — find the routes AWS never warns you about

A route table is the one piece of AWS networking that fails without complaining: a replaced NAT gateway leaves a blackholed route that still looks like a route, and a subnet nobody associated silently inherits the VPC main table. This CLI lists every broken and accidental route in one pass and exits non-zero in CI.
