1386. Cinema Seat Allocation

Only three seat windows in a row can ever hold a four-person family (2-5, 6-9, and the middle 4-7 that overlaps both), and the aisle seats 1 and 10 never block anything. Count surviving windows per reserved row; every untouched row seats two families.
