1140. Stone Game II

The trick that unlocks this game is that the stones ahead of you are a fixed pot: whatever you don't take, your opponent plays for. So if you know the best score your opponent can pull from every position you could hand them, your own best score is just the whole suffix minus the smallest of those opponent scores.
